| Complaint on 10-Jan-2019 : A complaint inspection was conducted in response to a customer complaint. The customer stated that there was a white powder covering the boxes of food (salad, sandwich, and cheesy bread) that were delivered from this location. The bulk of the powder was on the styrofoam salad box. The customer was concerned that a foreign substance may have contaminated the food. No violations were observed at time of inspection regarding the complaint. The food storage boxes were being stored correctly. All cleaning products were stored correctly. There was no clear indication of a white powder that would have spread to the food boxes, except for potential flour. The PIC stated that no additional customers have made similar complaints. Spoke to the PIC to make sure food and food storage boxes are protected from contamination at all times, even during delivery. |
