| Complaint on 28-Jan-2022 : Complaint inspection was conducted in regards to a complaint. Per complainant: Restrooms are not being maintained during late night hours. Worried the kitchen might not be maintained either. Complaint findings: Observed floors in the men's restroom in need of cleaning. Observed the floors with salt and debris due to the weather outside. Observed the restrooms properly supplied (soap, paper towels, toilet paper, handwashing sign, etc.) A standard inspection was also conducted with the complaint inspection. No critical issues were observed and the kitchen is being maintained. Per discussion with PIC, the food establishment has a schedule to check and maintain the restrooms. The PIC will address the complaint with the late night employees to make them aware. The complaint is now considered closed. |
