Repeat Observed the plumbing system for the ice machine not properly maintained at the time of inspection. The drainage lines were leaking water onto the floor.
To prevent health hazards, a plumbing system shall be properly maintained. Repair the plumbing system for the ice machine to be in good working order and directed to a floor drain.
