The licensee /authorized representative was not keeping or maintaining operational records. Pool water must be tested and the results recorded prior to the pool being opened to bathers and every 4 hours thereafter that the pool is open.
All facility records must be maintained and available for review upon request.

Total alkalinity was not tested weekly. No record for alkalinity test in log. Total alkalinity must be tested and the results recorded in the log at a minimum of once per week.
