Repeat Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. The flow meter was stuck. Please repair or replace meter, because it gets stuck a lot.

Emergency device (telephone) was not working. Rosey stated, "she will have maintenance repair/replace phone immediately."
