Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. Flow meter is not properly functioning.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Perimeter barrier had gaps greater than 4 inches, specifically near front entrance has large gap at bottom of fence.
Repair the perimeter barrier so that there are not any gaps greater than 4 inches anywhere along the barrier.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(b)(ii) / A back/spine board with straps and head immobilizers
A back/spine board with straps and head immobilizers was not provided at the guarded pool.
Provide a back/spine board with straps and a head immobilizer at the pool at all times.
