[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 ( D )(6)(a) / ORP reading shall be 650 millivolts or greater.
Repeat ORP reading was below 650 mv
Have the ACC unit inspected to determined why the ORP is low.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c) / Minimum disinfection residual shall be maintained as required.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Not enough chlorine in pool

3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(i) / Disinfection residuals are tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
Disinfection residuals were not tested daily at pool side and/or at the required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features. ACC appeared to not be properly calibrated.
Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use. If an ACC is in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the disinfectant residual must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(iii) / pH is tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
pH was not tested daily at pool side and/or at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features. ACC appeared to not be properly calibrated.
pH must be tested prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use pH must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the pH must be tested at 1 special feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(iii) / pH is tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
pH was not tested daily at pool side and/or at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features. Automatic Chemical Control panel does not appear calibrated correctly and should be corrected.
pH must be tested prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use pH must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. 3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
Repeat pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8.

Comments
Pool lacked the minimum chlorine residual before being corrected on site. The pH was high and alkalinity had not been tested on a weekly basis. The ACC does not appear to be properly calibrated. Talked this over with CPM employee Taylor on site.
