Combined chlorine was not tested daily at pool side prior to use.
Test for combined chlorine prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use combined chlorine must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the combined chlorine must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.

Observed no record for water clarity. Must record water clarity everyday that the pool is operating.
Do not operate the pool while the water is unclear. Determine cause of the lack of clarity and immediately correct the issue prior to bathers using the public swimming pool.

Repeat pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8. Observed pH at 8.0+
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
