The licensee/authorized representative was not keeping or maintaining operational records. No record in log for combined chlorine. Combined chlorine shall be tested, and the results recorded in writing, daily prior to bathers entering the pool and every 4 hours thereafter that the pool is open for use.
All facility records must be maintained and available for review upon request.

Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm.
Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm.
