Backwash lines and lines from drainage sumps did not have an air gap prior to discharge
Open the lines that discharge into the backwash or drainage sumps so that there is an air gap and the lines can drain freely.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(i) / A means of determining rate-of-flow on all water pumps
A means of determining rate-of-flow was not found for all water pumps. Flow meter is too close to coupling.
Properly install a flow meter or have a pump curve available for every water pump used for the pool.
