The flow meter was broken and hanging off the wall. The facility is aware of this and has ordered a new meter.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.

Facility has altered the operation of the water features to bypass one of the 2 water feature pumps. The manager of the facility is relatively new and has said that the second water feature pump has never been operational during his time. ODH was contacted and they have found no record of paperwork regarding an alteration to the outdoor pool. Don Black was given the contact information for the state and told to submit the required alteration paperwork. The contact information for Great Wolf's pool manager was given to ODH.
