Perimeter barrier had gaps greater than 4 inches. Perimeter barrier is in process of being move/replaced at one end of the pool. This must be submitted to the Ohio Department of Health for plan approval.
Repair the perimeter barrier so that there are not any gaps greater than 4 inches anywhere along the barrier.
