[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(6) / Equipment is maintained per manufacturers specifications.
The spa emergency button was not operating properly during inspection, it would not stop the jets from working when tested. The PIC immediately placed a work order in for repair. The operations manager was informed and he has ordered a new button for the spa. The spa jets are manually able to be shut off at any time. This was demonstrated at time of inspection. Equipment was not maintained per manufactures specifications. Note: This will be added to the PIC's checklist regarding monitoring.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
Corrected During Inspection Required flow meter gauge was not maintained or was not functional while the spa was in operation. Observed the flow meter gauge stuck; there was no reading. The PIC immediately called for the operations manager and he corrected issue. Note: The operations manager backwashed and cleaned the filter during inspection and the flow meter reading floated at 175.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly functioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation. Correct By: 13-Jul-2023
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8. The pH range was 7.0. The PIC immediately notified the operations manager and he made the proper adjustment to bring the pH back in range. He reset the automatic controller to add the necessary Sodium Carbonate to the water at safe rate and bring it back into range.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range. Correct By: 13-Jul-2023
3701-31-04 (D)(8)(c) / Test kit reagents fresh/ properly stored.
Corrected During Inspection Test kit reagents were not fresh. Observed reagent #7 alkalinity expired-7/2021. The PIC immediately removed and added a new #7 reagent.

3701-31-04 (E)(2)(a)(i) / 12 ft. non-telescopic reach pole with shepherd's crook is provided
12 ft. non-telescopic reach pole with shepherd's crook was provided. However the end of the reach pole was not secured. The shepherd crook part would not hold; it was unsecured. The PIC will have the operations manager add a bolt to the crook attachment to secure it to the pole immediately.
Provide a 12 ft. non-telescopic reach pole in the pool area at all times. Correct By: 14-Jul-2023
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(a)(ii) / A USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 -60 foot throw line provided
A USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 -60 foot throw line was not provided at the pool. The USCG Type IV personal flotation device did not have a 30 - 60 foot throw line attached. The PIC made note and will order the proper throw line immediately. Note: This is a fully guarded pool at all times.

3701-31-04 (E)(2)(e) / Working emergency telephone/call box provided.
Emergency device (telephone) was not working in two separate areas. The outside phone near entry area to the outdoor pool and spa and the phone near the family special feature pool on the inside near office. Note: The pool phone did operate at the bistro and was able to be used as a back up in case of any emergencies. The facility is fully staffed with floating guards that carry cell phones too. Moreover, all the phones were posted with proper signage including emergency numbers and physical address. The PIC has placed a work order to have lines checked and corrected for use.
Ensure that the emergency device is functioning properly and rings to the emergency response authorities. Correct By: 20-Jul-2023
3701-31-04 (E)(3)(e) / Spa caution sign posted and with required language
Spa caution sign with the required language was not posted near outdoor spa. The PIC stated, "the sign was taken down because the sign deteriorated and faded." They had a new metal sign made with all the required language according to code. In fact, we confirmed the verbiage. The operations manager will post the sign as soon as possible.
Post the spa caution sign prominently at the spa whenever it is in use. Correct By: 14-Jul-2023

Ensure the noted findings are corrected before next routine inspection. Otherwise, all the other water parameters met requirements and paperwork was being filled out correctly and kept on hand up to the required 2 year time frame. Good job!
Note: The facility also records and keeps record of when they complete main drain replacements.
