3701-31-04 (B)(4) / The licensee /authorized representative is keeping records
Repeat The licensee /authorized representative was not keeping or maintaining operational records. No record for Monday and Tuesday of this week, or for late evenings during the week. Pool should be tested, and the results recorded, prior to bathers entering the pool and, for chlorine and pH levels, every 4 hours thereafter that the pool is open for use.
All facility records must be maintained and available for review upon request.
3701-31-04 (D)(05) / Cyanuric acid level shall not exceed 70 ppm.
Repeat Cyanuric acid level exceeded 70 ppm.
Drain the pool at least halfway and fill with clean water. Monitor the amount of cyanuric acid being used and adjust accordingly.

3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c)/Minimum disinfection residual shall be maintained as required.
Chlorine disinfectant residual was less than 1 ppm for the pool.
Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above prior to placing the pool back into operation.
