[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(ii) / Combined chlorine is tested daily at pool side prior to use
Repeat Combined chlorine was not tested daily at pool side prior to use. Combined chlorine is not being tested daily at the pool due to the pool test kit not being properly supplied.
Test for combined chlorine prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use combined chlorine must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the combined chlorine must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.
3701-31-04 (C)(3) / Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
Repeat Corrected During Inspection Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm. Corrected by 8/15/18
Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm.
3701-31-04 (D)(8) / Acceptable test kit provided/adequate/in good repair
The test kit provided was not adequate to test for all the water quality parameters required to be regularly monitored. Observed test kit missing reagent #3 R-0003 which is used to check combined chlorine. Please ensure proper chemicals are supplied in the test kit to actually test all chemicals
Obtain a test kit that can properly measure all the required water quality parameters.
3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(2) / Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual shall be above 1 ppm.
Critical Repeat Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual was below 1 ppm.
Do not operate the pool until the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above.
