Throttle valve was not properly maintained/adjusted. Flow rate is above the filter capacity. Please adjust vales to ensure flow rate is between 85-106
Throttle valves must be maintained in the same position was when originally installed and approved. Restore the setting of the throttle valve and lock it into place.
