Repeat The licensee /authorized representative was not keeping or maintaining operational records. No record for testing results for Monday and Tuesday of this week. The pool must be tested, and the results recorded on the weekly pool operation and incident report, prior to opening each day and every 4 hours thereafter that the pool is open to bathers.
All facility records must be maintained and available for review upon request.
