[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c) / Minimum disinfection residual shall be maintained as required.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Chlorine disinfectant residual was less than 1 ppm for the pool. Chlorine was 0 ppm. Corrected. Chorine was raised to 3 ppm during the inspection.
Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above prior to placing the pool back into operation.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(e) / Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) shall function properly.
Critical Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) was not functioning properly at the time of the inspection. Automatic Chemical controller is nut functioning causing there to be no chlorine in the pool. Automatic Chemcial Controller was bypassed during the inspection.
Do not operate the pool when the ACC unit is not functioning properly. Ensure that the ACC unit is functioning properly prior to placing the pool back into operation.
3701-31-04 (B)(2) / Authorized representative is on-site or within 30 minutes of pool location
Authorized representative was not on-site or within 30 minutes of pool location. Authorized representative responded within 40 minutes.
Make arrangements to have an authorized representative available while pool is in operation.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8. pH is greater than 8.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.

Operator responded during inspection. Automatic Chemical Controller is not functioning. Until the automatic chemical controller is replaced chemical (chlorine and pH) readings must be taken and recorded every 4 hours.
