Equipment was not maintained per manufacturers specifications. pH/ORP meter appears in need of recalibration due to difference in manual pH test result and meter's reading.

Required turnover rates were not met.
Have the circulation system evaluated to determine why the turnover rates are not able to be met. Once the reasons have been determined have the issue repaired. If necessary, submit plans to the Ohio Department of Health to review and approve.
3701-31-04 (D)(09) / Chemicals shall not be manually added to pool when bathers present.

Pool was tested to have a chlorine residual of 0.6ppm, contact CPM to have the issue corrected. CPM employee chlorine shocked pool directly while patrons remained in pool. A chlorine residual of 1.6ppm was subsequently observed.The turnover rate for the pool remains inadequate and the pH/ORP meter appears to need recalibration.
