3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
Required flow meter was not functional while the pool is in operation. The flow meter was stuck.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly functioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation. Correct By: 30-Apr-2018
3701-31-04 (D)(05) / Cyanuric acid level shall not exceed 70 ppm.
Cyanuric acid level exceeded 70 ppm. The cyanuric acid was 100 ppm.
Drain the pool at least halfway and fill with clean water. Monitor the amount of cyanuric acid being used and adjust accordingly. Correct By: 30-Apr-2018
3701-31-04 (D)(7)(b) / pH and ORP values shall be displayed.
Critical The ORP value was not displayed on the ACC unit. The ACC unit was not operating properly. The GM stated he will contact corporate and have issue corrected.
Have the ACC unit serviced or replaced so that the ORP value is displayed Correct By: 31-May-2018
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(e) / Working emergency telephone/call box provided.
Emergency device (telephone) was not working.
Ensure that the emergency device is functioning properly and rings to the emergency response authorities. Correct By: 30-Apr-2018
