[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c) / Minimum disinfection residual shall be maintained as required.
Critical Chlorine titrated to 0.4ppm, informed operator and was told someone was inbound to correct the issue by Jeff Blume. Taylor of CPM called to let me know he was 30 minutes away. Informed head of department Tara Thornton, as there were no patrons in attendance and there was 30 minutes left in the work day I was instructed to leave and retest the pool in the morning. This morning I was told another individual from our department, KJ, would handle the retest today.

3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(vi) / Total alkalinity is tested weekly
Total alkalinity was not tested weekly.

3701-31-04 (B)(6) / Equipment is maintained per manufacturers specifications.
Equipment was not maintained per manufacturers specifications.
All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications. ph and ORP meter confirmed broken by CPM employee
3701-31-04 (D)(7)(b) / pH and ORP values shall be displayed.
Critical ORP value was not displayed on the ACC unit
Have the ACC unit serviced or replaced so that the ORP value is displayed
