3701-31-04 (B)(4) / The licensee /authorized representative is keeping records
The authorized representative was not maintaining operational records for the following days when I reviewed the records for May: 5/10/22, 5/11/22, 5/19/22, and 5/21/22 was missing pool entries. I was told water was checked just not entered on records. Please make certain to maintain entries on records.
All facility records must be maintained and available for review upon request. Correct By: 30-Jun-2022
