[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(1)(e) / Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) shall function properly.
Critical Repeat Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) was not functioning properly at the time of the inspection. Automatic Chemcial Controller was bypassed during the inspection.
Do not operate the pool when the ACC unit is not functioning properly. Ensure that the ACC unit is functioning properly prior to placing the pool back into operation.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(i) / Disinfection residuals are tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
Repeat Disinfection residuals were not tested daily at pool side and/or at the required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features. Automatic Chemical controller not functioning properly and readings are not being taken more than once per day. You must take readings every 4 hours the pool is in operation until the automatic chemical controller is replaced.
Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use. If an ACC is in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the disinfectant residual must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(iii) / pH is tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
Repeat pH was not tested daily at pool side and/or at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features. ACC is broken and readings are only being taken once per day. Must take readings every 4 hours until the ACC unit is replaced.
pH must be tested prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use pH must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the pH must be tested at 1 special feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.
