Equipment was not maintained per manufacturers specifications. The emergency shut off switch is not working properly on outdoor spa. Please repair before use. Rob made note and a work order was placed for repair.

Required meter gauge was not functional. The flow meter was observed stuck in one postion. Please either repair or replace required flow meter in order to monitor proper flow rate.

Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm. The alkalinity was 50 ppm.
