Water temperatures were not being recorded daily. The licensee/authorized representative is not recording daily readings on Saturday and Sundays. Therefore, you are not maintaining your operational records correctly. Please train an authorized representative to take daily readings on Saturday and Sunday and record the readings on operational records.
