Repeat Water temperatures were not being recorded daily. The authorized representative has trained someone to daily check water parameters over the weekends. The person was just not recording information on the operational sheet. Michael stated, "he will be certain to show the representative how to record readings on the operational record." Note: You are making progress, just ensure it is recorded on records.
