| Complaint on 05-Feb-2024 : Upon receipt of this complaint, the lower spa disinfection levels were tested and are within required range. The spas are tested 4 times throughout the day when the facility is in operation. Spa records were reviewed over the weekend, February 4 and 5th, and pool chemistry levels were within required range at all testing periods. No violations were noted during the inspection. Followed-up with the complainant via telephone. |
