ORP reading was 555 mv
Have the ACC unit inspected to determined why the ORP is low.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c) / Minimum disinfection residual shall be maintained as required.
Critical Corrected During Inspection There was no detectable chlorine in the wading pool. Upon checking the pump room the chlorine storage drum was empty. The pool operator was on site within 5 minutes to fill the drum up with shock to hold the pool until he could have chlorine delivered.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
Repeat Flow meter was not properly displaying the flow. The bob was stuck inside the flow meter.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.
