3701-31-04 (B)(1)(e) / Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) shall function properly.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) was not functioning properly at the time of the inspection. The auto chemical controller was not functioning properly the alarms were on and no ORP was reading. Please contact Ecolab for proper repair and contact me when repaired. Meanwhile, take readings every 4 hours while pool/spa is in use.
Do not operate the pool when the ACC unit is not functioning properly. Ensure that the ACC unit is functioning properly prior to placing the pool back into operation. Correct By: 04-Nov-2022
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(i) / Disinfection residuals are tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
Disinfection residuals were not tested daily at pool side or at the required intervals for the pool when the automatic chemical controller was not functioning properly. The operator was only testing once a day and not testing the water every 4 hours as required when the ACC is not working properly. Furthermore, the weekend readings were missing all together. Note: Ensure the employee is testing at required time frame until the ACC is repaired and make certain the weekends are recorded as well.
Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use. If an ACC is in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. Correct By: 30-Nov-2022
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(iv) / Water temperatures are recorded daily
Water temperatures were not being recorded daily. Ensure the water temperatures are recorded daily. Note: Wrote example on report and circled example.

Total alkalinity was not tested weekly. The total alkalinity was not tested. Took photos of several reports that proved this was not being completed. Photos on hand. Note: Ensure alkalinity is tested and recorded weekly.

3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8. The pH was 8.0. Ensure this is corrected before next routine inspection.

3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(2) / Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual shall be above 1 ppm.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual was below 1 ppm. The free chlorine was 0 ppm. The Pool Warning Sign was posted on entry to the pool and spa area. Please contact me when corrected at kcooper@wcchd.com or 513-695-1472
