| Complaint on 27-Feb-2023 : Complaint: Complainant & grandchildren became ill after visiting lodge. Complainant's symptoms included laryngitis, vomiting, upper respiratory & continuous cough. The grandchildren had rashes & milder cough. Observation: NOT VALID. Water quality at the lower spa was acceptable. The park had received no complaints of any other patrons or visitors becoming ill or facing rashes. |
