Repeat ORP reading was below 650 mv
Have the ACC unit inspected to determined why the ORP is low.
3701-31-04 (B)(6) / Equipment is maintained per manufacturers specifications.
A screw/bolt was missing from one of the jets inside of the pool with the other screw halfway backed out.
Please tighten the fastener and provide an additional fastener for the jet.
