3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(i) / Disinfection residuals are tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
Disinfection residuals were not tested at the required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features. Readings being recorded once per day. If no automatic chemical controller is in use, the pool must be tested every 4 hours when the pool is open for use.
Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use. If an ACC is in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the disinfectant residual must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.

The safety equipment for the pool was not accessible and/or visible. First aid kit stored in pump room.
Place the safety equipment in a clearly visible area and ensure that the equipment is accessible in the event of an emergency.

A USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 -60 foot throw line was not provided at the unguarded pool. Throw line not attached to flotation device.
