3701-31-04 ( D )(6)(a) / ORP reading shall be 650 millivolts or greater.
Repeat ORP reading was below 650 mv. The ORP on the auto controller was 633 mv. The PIC stated, "The controller has been repaired/replaced and the staff is attempting to make the proper adjustments." Note: They are going to reach out to the manufacturer, if needed.
Have the ACC unit inspected to determined why the ORP is low. Correct By: 30-Apr-2022
