3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c)/Minimum disinfection residual shall be maintained as required. Chlorine disinfectant residual was less than 1 ppm for the pool. Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above prior to placing the pool back into operation.

Received a complaint that a guest tested positive for cryptosporidium after a recent stay at this facility, during my visit yesterday the pool was without chlorine, chlorine level is acceptable today. Provided manager with information regarding hyperchlorination. Manager indicated that he did drain some of the pool water and treat it, prior to my visit.
