3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(i) / Disinfection residuals are tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
Repeat Disinfection residuals were not tested daily at pool side and/or at the required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features. Pool chemicals are only checked once a day. Pool is open for longer than 12 hours.
Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use. If an ACC is in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the disinfectant residual must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.

Repeat pH was not tested daily at pool side and/or at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features.
pH must be tested prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use pH must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the pH must be tested at 1 special feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(iv) / Water temperatures are recorded daily
Repeat Water temperatures were not being recorded daily.
Take and record the water temperature at least once/day.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(v) / Water clarity are not present
Water clarity records are not consistently tested. Should be checking this daily and recording if water is clear or not
Do not operate the pool while the water is unclear. Determine cause of the lack of clarity and immediately correct the issue prior to bathers using the public swimming pool.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(vi) / Total alkalinity is tested weekly
Repeat Total alkalinity was not tested weekly. Some weeks they are not recording/testing for alkalinity

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(t) / Equipment/chemical/storage areas are free of hazards/accessible only to authorized personnel.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Equipment/chemical/storage areas were not secured. Observed pump room door left open. Corrected: door was closed and locked to prevent entry from unauthorized personnel.
These storage areas must be kept inaccessible to everyone but authorized personnel. Secure the areas.
3701-31-04 (C)(3) / Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm.
Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm.
3701-31-04 (C)(6) / Pool water temperature does not exceed 90 degrees Fahrenheit without approval from the Director
Corrected During Inspection Pool water temperature was above 90 degrees Fahrenheit without approval from the Director of Health. Corrected: pool water temp was lowered to 85
Either reduce the water temperature of the pool to below 90 degrees Fahrenheit or seek approval to operate at a higher temperature from the Director of Health.
