Critical No Chlorine detected. Tube from chlorien bin to feeder appeared damaged

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. Flow meter stuck.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.
3701-31-04 (C)(3) / Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm.
Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm.

Jeff Blume of CPM contacted to correct lack of chlorine residual within pool, low alkalinity, flow meter jam and ORP/pH meter issue. Informed citizens at the pool of the issues present and left a sign indicating a lack of chlorine.
