| Complaint on 06-Feb-2024 : Spoke with Don Black, Water Park Maintenance Manager, regarding this complaint. Per Don, the chemistry and disinfectant levels are tested 8 times a day, at the automatic chemical controllers and pool side. Air quality testing is completed twice a year and the HVAC system is checked 4 times a day when the facility is in operation. Signs are posted throughout the park advising bathers to take frequent breaks and leave the facility to obtain fresh air if needed. Did not observe any violations during the inspection. Followed-up with complainant via telephone. Complaint abated. |
