3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. The flow meter was stuck and I was not able to record proper flow reading. The PIC stated flow meters will either be repaired or replaced immediately.

Repeat pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8. The pH was 7.0.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range. Correct By: 23-Apr-2018
3701-31-04 (C)(3) / Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm. The alkalinity was 40 ppm.
Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm. Correct By: 23-Apr-2018
