Have the ACC unit inspected to determined why the ORP is low.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c) / Minimum disinfection residual shall be maintained as required.
Critical Corrected During Inspection There was no detectable chlorine in the pool during operation. Upon checking the pump room, the large drum used to store chlorine was completely empty.
The operator was available within 5 minutes and added chlorine shock to the drum until he could have chlorine delivered.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
Flow meter was not properly displaying flow. The bob was stuck in the flow meter.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.
