The La Crosse County Health Department is responsible for managing programs that enforce applicable state administrative codes for the inspections and licensing of restaurants, hotels, bed and breakfasts, touring rooming houses, public swimming pools which include water park attractions, campgrounds, tattoo and body piercing establishments. In La Crosse County there are over 600 establishments.
